Both these houses are built to the highest specifications possible for a mobile home.

We do not use gypsum board walls and fake looking cabinets!!!

Both houses are made to the same building specifications as a stick built house.

1/2" sheet rock, 2 x 6 exterior walls, real wood cabinet doors, satin nickel hardware, crown molding on kitchen cabinets, glass top stove, and 18 cubic foot refrigerator. 

The list goes on and on.

Also, most mobile homes have 7' side walls with a vaulted ceiling in the middle that reaches 8'.

Our houses have a full 8' side wall and a flat ceiling, just like a stick built house.

Both houses come fully landscaped and have beautiful concrete patios for you to relax and bar-b-que on under the warm summer sun.

As you can see from the pictures below, our houses are built with quality, through and through.

And let's not forget about the current construction codes.  These houses are built to the very stringent current building codes of the city.

They are fire rated wherever they are less then 10' from an adjoining unit.  This protects you and your investment.

Also, they are built 4 1/2' above the ground to be out of the flood zone.  This saves you money on the flood insurance premium and gives you the piece of mind that your house will be high and dry in the event of flooding.

There are only two houses for sale in the Sundowner Park that are brand new, above the flood plain, have firewall protection, and are ultra modern!
